Labels are useful to keep reports categorised and also to enable the system to generate consolidated expense reports for a particular event, project or activity that spans several separate trip/expense reports.

Label a report
- Sign in to your Navisteps account
- Go to Reports → My Reports
- Click on a report that you would like to label
- On the report page, select one or more labels in the Label dropdown list
Labels are optional by default but can be set up as a mandatory requirement for all reports by following the steps here. If labels are mandated by your company, users will be prompted to label a report before submitting it for approval or before processing payment if an approval is not required.
