If the original hotel partner is unable to provide suitable accommodation, our team will arrange for alternative accommodation with similar specifications for your consideration. If the alternative is not to your liking, we could also process a full refund for the original booking instead.
Specifications for alternative accommodation:
1. The distance between the original hotel booked to the new hotel will not exceed 3 km ideally.
2. The price for the replacement options will be the same as your initial booking or higher, but we will bear the cost for replacement accommodation
