Labels can be made optional or mandatory depending on each company's needs or preferences.
By mandating labels, users will be prompted to label a report before submitting it for approval (or before processing payment if an approval is not required). This ensures that users can never forget to insert a label, and reports are always tagged for proper categorisation.
Make labels mandatory
- Sign in to your Navisteps admin account
- Go to Company Settings -> Labels
- Toggle the Make labels mandatory for all reports switch to enable (or disable) the setting
