As an admin, you can define a whitelist to restrict the email address domains that users can use to register under your company's Navisteps account.
How to Restrict User Email Domains
- Sign in to your Navisteps admin account
- Go to Company Settings -> General
- Under Registration Mode, type in the email domain(s) which you would like to whitelist.
If there is more than 1 email domain that you would like to set in the whitelist, separate email domains with commas between each domain.
Once you have added one or more whitelisted email domains, only users with email addresses under whitelisted email domain(s) would be allowed to register an account with the company.
Existing users would not be affected by the whitelist even if the user's email address domain is not included in the newly specified whitelist. However, if you edit an existing user, his / her email address is required to match a whitelisted email domain before changes could be saved.
