- Which traveller's booking to cancel for refund
- Reason for cancellation
- What should we do if the request is subject to fees or a refund is not available

Refunds are subject to service provider's approval and certain reasons may not be accepted.
Refund amount also varies depending on the time of request, and is calculated by the service provider based on your booking’s base fare, less any cancellation or processing fees that may be applicable.
